We are searching for the best talent for BUSINESS EXCELLENCE MANAGER to be in Ciudad Juarez WCH Site.

Purpose:

Implementing key business improvement initiatives at the site. Leads analyzes designs and improves business processes by enlisting and influencing cross functional teams delivering tangible business results through the
application of Six Sigma and Lean principles methodologies and tools. Utilizing their business leadership and technical skills and will execute projects and mentor all groups (associate management) at the site.

You will be responsible for:
In accordance with all applicable federal state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson procedures and guidelines this position:
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Responsible for developing and implementing process improvements using Lean manufacturing SixSigma and JJPS Excellence principles/tools within the site.
Responsible for delivering process performance improvements around Quality Product Supply and Cost.
Lead Site process improvement initiatives/projects including managing resource requirements timeline and change management tools.
Collaborate and partner with stakeholders across multiple functions.
Responsible for developing Lean and Six Sigma capabilities through coaching and mentoring at all levels (associate to management) within the site.
Create sustained business improvement results through the application of DMAIC and Lean.
Assist in management of the BE Training Certifications RE-Certifications and Savings as required.
Follows and observes all regulatory requirements (GMPs ISO FDA internal policies) applicable to area of responsibility.
Ensures compliance of employees under area of responsibility with the Quality System and EHS regulations company policies and all applicable procedures.
o Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
o Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
o For those who supervise or manage a staff responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition if applicable
o Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal State local and Company regulations policies and procedures
o Performs other duties assigned as needed

Qualifications / Requirements:

8 to 10 years of applicable experience in a process improvement environment.
A minimum of BS mechanical industrial or electrical engineering. Master Degree-Desirable.
Six Sigma Green or Black Certification and/or other project management methodology is preferred
Proven Change Management Skills (Change Integration Process).
Hands on experience with manual and automation assembly equipment and/or processes
Position requires excellent communication skills plus the ability to function in a team based manufacturingenvironment.
Medical Device Regulation knowledge specifically in design control and process validation
Experience in project management
Strong Communication and influencing Skills (Fluent in English).
