To support our outstanding teams who create excellent products and contribute to our growth we are seeking a Asociate Security Supervisor in North Guadalajara.

Your objective is to ensure a safe work environment for operations.

A typical day includes:

* Experience performing a similar role in asset security monitoring security systems and implementing security measures within manufacturing or corporate facilities.

* Knowledge of electronic security systems including CCTV access control systems intrusion alarms and related electronic equipment.

* Experience with network infrastructure and connectivity related to security systems.

* Basic to intermediate programming and troubleshooting skills for security platforms automation or system integrations.

* Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement methodologies.

* Familiarity with security certifications standards and compliance requirements (ISO 27001 CTPAT TAPA ISO 9001 or similar certifications is a plus).

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook.

* Experience coordinating suppliers audits investigations and security-related projects.

* Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

* English conversational is a plus

Bachelors degree in a related field ( Industrial Engineering Electronic Engineering Information Technology Computer Science or related).
