What youll do:

Drive operational performance and SQDCM results by ensuring daily production execution adherence to schedules and takt time and resolution of performance gaps through structured problem-solving

Lead continuous improvement initiatives by deploying Lean methodologies (Kaizen TPM 5S) conducting Gemba walks and driving root cause analysis with sustainable corrective actions

Develop and lead high-performing teams by coaching Shift Leaders fostering accountability and engagement and building a strong frontline talent pipeline

Ensure safety quality and compliance excellence while delivering consistent SQDCM targets zero safety incidents reduced defects and scrap and a stable high-performing production environment

What is required:

Experience & Education: 46 years in manufacturing with leadership experience; Automotive Tier 1 and exposure to safety-critical environments preferred; Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing Operations or related field

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement production KPIs (OEE scrap FPY) quality standards (IATF 16949 ISO) and core tools (APQP PPAP FMEA Control Plans) with familiarity in shop-floor systems and data analysis

Additional Requirements: Proactive curious and improvement-oriented mindset with English proficiency (written and verbal)
