The rightAccounting Managerwill be a proactive individual who is looking to ensurethe financial statements areaccurate is excited to work for a growing international companyand hasstrong attention to detail.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily accounting operations including accounts payable accounts receivable billing collections payroll and general ledger activities.
• Manage the month-end and year-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and review monthly quarterly and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP IFRS local statutory requirements and internal accounting policies.
• Manage foreign currency transactions intercompany accounting reconciliations and consolidations.
• Oversee cash flow management banking activities and working capital reporting.
• Ensure tax and local compliance with various government agencies. This includes Income Tax Sales Tax payroll tax and other regulatory requirements for international locations. Support annual audits.
• Lead develop and mentor the accounting team while establishing strong internal controls and processes.
• Partner with executive leadership on budgeting forecasting financial planning and strategic initiatives.
• Drive process improvements system enhancements and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• University Degree in Accounting isrequired
• Minimum of 5 years accounting experience is required
• Experience managing accounting operations across multiple countries and legal entities is required
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP (generally accepted accounting principles) and IFRS principles
• Experience with foreign currency translations and intercompany accounting
• Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications specifically Excel
• ERP system experience is required; QuickBooks Online experience is a plus
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced and changing environment
