Job Summary

Main Duties:
- Secure customer orders through personal sales visits to existing customers
- Prospect and qualify new clients to identify and develop new accounts
- Conduct follow up sales calls to all accounts to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet sales value volume and penetration targets
- Promote new products and any special deals
- Assist in company merchandising and promotional activities
- Advise customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
- Coordinate sales effort with marketing sales management finance credit control and logistics
- Ensure payment of receivables in a timely and diplomatic fashion
- Monitor records on a daily basis as per company procedures
- Give feedback on sales trends and general market conditions
- Replace other sales representatives and tele-sales representatives if required
What skills do you need
- Possess experience in the sales sector
- Have strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Persons having experience and track record in the FMCG industry will be considered an asset
- Be an excellent communicator both verbally & in writing
- Be self-motivated show initiative be results-motivated and capable of working both within a professional team and independently
- Be proficient in using CRM software Microsoft applications and other sales related software
- Be fluent in both Maltese & English language
- Have a valid drivers licence
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
