Responsibilities: Your Daily Impact

As the primary point of contact for our German-speaking clientele you will deliver essential guidance empathy and professional solutions.

  • Exceptional Customer Care: Provide polite precise and high-quality assistance across phone email chat and social media platforms handling everything from basic inquiries to intricate travel requests with a positive attitude.
  • Reservations & Modifications: Assist passengers with new flight bookings itinerary alterations cancellations and complex adjustments with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Expert Travel Advisory: Act as a dependable resource by keeping travelers updated on destination logistics current travel alerts and international customs or visa regulations.
  • On-the-Spot Problem Solving: Troubleshoot live transit disruptionssuch as ticketing issues luggage claims and special in-flight arrangementsto keep journeys seamless.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with internal airport operations and flight coordination teams to quickly resolve escalated situations.
  • Precise Record Keeping: Maintain thorough compliant logs of all customer interactions feedback and resolutions within our internal CRM system.
  • Ongoing Professional Development: Stay current on evolving international transit laws airline guidelines and global hospitality trends to provide the most accurate advice.

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Hours: Full-time employment consisting of 40 hours per week.
  • Shift Pattern: Rotational roster operating Monday through Sunday between the hours of 07:00 and 19:00.
  • Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a highly structured schedule that includes 2 designated days off per week allowing you plenty of time to enjoy the Maltese lifestyle.

Compensation and Benefits: Your Rewards

Gross Monthly Salary Progression:

  • Month 1 (Onboarding & Training Phase): 885.40
  • Months 2 to 6 (Probationary Window): 1425.60
  • Month 7 Onward (Confirmed Status): 1596.00
  • Month 13 and Beyond: An upgraded base salary tier complemented by a performance-based bonus package worth 1540.00.

  • Language Allowance: A dedicated premium of up to 3000 annually split and distributed across your monthly paychecks to reward your C1/C2 German skills.
  • Performance Bonuses: Up to 2000 per year linked directly to meeting specific quality assurance and customer satisfaction (CSAT) benchmarks.
