German Speaking Customer Support Representative

In this role you will serve as a vital point of contact for travelers resolving their concerns via live chat email and phone. If you are a natural problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to help passengers enjoy seamless journeys this is an excellent step for your career.

Key Accountabilities

Your primary goal is to represent our travel brand by turning complex passenger issues into smooth positive experiences.

• First-Class Guest Service: Provide courteous high-quality support via phone email live chat and social media platforms to deliver effortless resolutions.
• Reservation & Itinerary Management: Coordinate new travel bookings manage flight cancellations and process flight modifications or rebooking requests.
• Travel Advice & Guidance: Inform passengers about destination requirements active travel advisories and international visa or customs regulations.
• Live Problem Solving: Address unexpected travel disruptions on the spot including baggage claims ticketing errors and special on-board requests.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with airport ground crews and flight operations teams to quickly resolve highly escalated issues.
• Data Entry & Logging: Thoroughly document all customer communication feedback and solutions within the company CRM database.
• Professional Development: Take part in regular training sessions to stay current on shifting airline policies safety protocols and global travel trends.

Work Schedule

• Commitment: Full-time (40 hours per week).
• Hours: Rotating shifts scheduled Monday through Sunday between 07:00 and 19:00.
• Balance: Includes 2 scheduled days off each week.

Gross Base Salary Structure:

• Month 1 (Onboarding & Training): 885.40
• Months 2 to 6 (Probationary Period): 1425.60
• Months 7 to 12 (Permanent Staff Status): 1596.00
• Month 13 and Beyond: An increased base tier combined with a performance bonus structure totaling 1540.00.
