As we continue to grow were looking for a Business Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in supporting our expanding network of B2B partners. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong professional relationships understands the dynamics of the iGaming industry and is motivated by helping businesses achieve long-term success.

Tasks
- Work closely with the TAM (Technical Account Manager) to ensure customer business objectives are supported by effective technical solutions and service delivery
- Collaborate with the TAM on account strategy customer health reviews renewals and expansion opportunities by aligning commercial priorities with technical capabilities and customer needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact and partner with the TAM during customer engagements escalations and all business reviews to provide a coordinated approach that strengthens customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage the portfolio of B2B operators and inform monthly management of top and low performing partners.
- Conduct regular operator performance reviews and platform audits recommending product updates and promotional strategies.
- Track and analyse operator KPIs to suggest revenue-boosting opportunities on strategic betting events and game providers campaigns.
- Upsell additional features and services offered by the business to drive growth.
- Liaise with the compliance and accounting team to ensure timely and accurate monthly invoicing reporting and contract expiry / renewals.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential. Proficiency in French would be considered an asset.
- Minimum 2 years in B2B account management customer success or business development in iGaming
- Proven experience managing multiple B2B clients or operators
- Solid understanding of sportsbook operations and game provider campaigns
- Attend industry conferences
- Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM systems analytics tools and KPI-based decision-making
- Experience working with or a strong understanding of emerging and developing markets such as Brazil and Africa would be considered a major plus.
