Job Summary
Company Background
A leading semiconductor materials provider specializing in high-quality packaging materials including solder spheres and solder paste supporting advanced chip packaging and global semiconductor assembly operations.
Job Descriptions
- Prepare and arrange materials according to shipment schedules and operational requirements.
- Verify stock records and perform inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in loading and unloading of goods/materials.
- Ensure proper storage handling and organisation of materials within the warehouse.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness safety standards and proper arrangement of inventory.
- Support daily warehouse operations and documentation processes.
- Coordinate with relevant departments and overseas counterparts in Taiwan and China when required.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior or management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse logistics or inventory-related experience will be an added advantage.
- Able to perform stock checking and basic inventory record verification.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and material handling procedures.
- Mandarin proficiency is required to communicate and liaise effectively with counterparts in Taiwan and China.
- Basic computer skills for warehouse records and documentation.
- Able to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
- Forklift license is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks.
- Willing to work overtime (OT) when required.
- Responsible disciplined and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Location: Kulai Johor
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8:30AM - 5:30PM)
Salary Range: RM3000 - 4000
