Job Responsibilities:

• Strengthen IKEAs uniqueness through visual merchandising solutions.
• Contribute to department action plans for business growth and profitability.
• Plan and implement relevant affordable and commercial range presentation solutions.
• Minimize disruption and ensure safety on the shop floor.
• Respect routines and responsibilities work with the Com&In team and understand financial impact of actions.
•  Ensure high quality simplicity efficiency and cost consciousness in planning and implementing range presentation solutions.
• Contribute to gathering insights about store layout and range presentation translating this knowledge into relevant solutions.
• Stay up to date with knowledgeable about home furnishing retailing and trends in order to generate creative directions that inspire and surprise visitors with a strong visual impression.

Qualifications :

• 2 or 3 years of working experience as Visual Merchandiser in commercial and fast-paced retail industry with a design-based education.
• Good command of English (verbal and written).
• Passionate about home furnishing with able to do planning implementation and improvement of range presentation.
• Computer proficiency i.e. Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook) AutoCad.
