• Lead global delivery teams across application development integration testing support and operations.

• Drive claims modernization through digital cloud AI automation and data-driven solutions.

• Ensure delivery quality governance risk management regulatory compliance and service reliability.

• Partner with business leaders product owners and vendors to align technology initiatives with business objectives.

• Manage budgets resource planning workforce strategy and vendor performance.

• DevOps and continuous improvement practices across teams.

• Insurance claims technology and large-scale delivery management.

• Strong knowledge of claims systems digital transformation cloud technologies AI/automation and enterprise architecture.

• Proven track record in stakeholder management program governance and cross-functional leadership.

• Excellent strategic planning people leadership and communication skills.
