The Role:Toolmaker
Toolmaker is to provide support & services in maintaining the molds in the company. The support includes on site trouble shooting on the machine call back duringnon workinghour insert changes for multi inserts tooling
Mold PM & mold/inserts cleaning.
What Youll Do:
Perform mold troubleshooting and repairs.
Provide onsite support during nonworking hours when required.
Conductinsertchanges for multipartnumber tooling.
Perform mold preventive maintenance and cleaning.
Record mold repair activities in the system and SAP.
Communicate with Production on all moldrelated matters.
Support tooling personnel with tasks as needed.
Ensure molds released to productionare capable of producinggood parts.
Safely operate general machine shop equipment such as lathe milling grinding and argon welding machines.
Safely operate forklifts.
What We Seek:
Minimum Diploma in Tool & Die or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience in plastic injectionmolding.
Intermediate machine shop skills (lathe milling grinding).
Strong knowledge ofmoldconstruction and repair.
Good troubleshooting skills.
Creativity in problem-solving.
