Tasks

Develop our End-to-end content strategy for Social Media
Create Killer Content that engages viewers
Grows our followers aggressively
Drive sales through organic content & awesome story telling
Provide our Paid Ads team with sufficient creatives to test & iterate
Be teh soul of our Branding Strategy
Monthly content performance audit

Requirements

Proven Track Record wird other brands
A strategic content thinker who has built audiences and driven revenue through content not just grown follower counts
Strong understanding of what makes short-form video convert specifically on TikTok
Experience developing brand voice content pillars and repeatable content frameworks from scratch
Ability to write compelling hooks scripts and creative briefs that a producer can execute without hand-holding
