Test Process Engineer

Responsible for developing executing and optimizing test processes to verify product functionality and quality. Involves test setup data analysis failure analysis and documentation to support process improvement and production efficiency

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate yield quality issues and implement improvements.
• Develop optimize and control manufacturing processes.
• Drive process improvements defect reduction and implement corrective actions
• Support test process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support production testing analyze test data identify failures and implement corrective actions.
• Execute and improve test procedures and systems.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics Mechatronics or related fields).
• Candidates with relevant engineering experience working with Automated Test Systems (ATE); J750 HP83K/HP93K and NI Tester  is a plus. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Good knowledge in basic electronics including analog digital and mixed-signal circuits will add advantage.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Eager to adapt well in dynamic working environment eager to learn new knowledge and able to work independently.
• Willingness to support on-call duties if required.
