Test Engineer (SPC & DV)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain and improve oven/chamber equipment including control systems software setup parameters and preventive maintenance to ensure reliable operation.

• Drive continuous improvement through automation Lean practices process optimization and cycle time reduction.

• Manage chamber spare parts inventory and supplier support to minimize equipment downtime.

• Troubleshoot equipment issues perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Support thermal stress testing burn-in environmental testing and new product qualification activities.

• Evaluate qualify and validate oven/chamber equipment and setups before production release.

• Monitor equipment performance analyze trends and improve equipment reliability maintenance effectiveness and energy efficiency.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including SOPs work instructions maintenance records calibration reports and safety procedures.

• Provide technical training and support to manufacturing teams on chamber operation maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Ensure compliance with Safety ESD Cleanroom Quality ISO and regulatory requirements and support internal and customer audits.

• Collaborate with Production Quality Process and R&D teams to resolve technical issues and support smooth production operations.

• Perform risk assessments stop any unsafe or non-conforming equipment operation when necessary and carry out other duties assigned by the immediate superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor of Science/Engineering in Electrical/Electronics Computer Engineering/Computer Science
2. At least 1 yr of Equipment Maintenance/Testing experience & testing methodologies. Candidates without appropriate experience may be accepted by the hiring manager subject to job nature availability of buddy duration of learning etc.
3. With good computer literacy good communication skill and reporting of information/data. Strong interest in computer hardware engineering.
4. Experience configuring and troubleshooting a wide range of desktop software and components.

5. Experience in equipments Total Control Methodology.
