What Youll Responsible For:

Main responsibilities

Tender Support & Administration

  • Support the end-to-end tender process for all commercial tender submissions.

  • Consolidate inputs from cross-functional departments verified by BD Managers.

  • Prepare organize format and finalize tender documents and submission packages ensuring completeness and professional presentation.

  • Maintain the tender checklist submission deadlines and tender status to provide visibility across teams.

  • Ensure standard templates corporate branding and approved documentation are updated and consistently applied.

  • Maintain tender archives and ensure traceability of submitted proposals.

  • Regularly update all tender-required and commonly used data including standard documents templates certificates licenses corporate information and reference materials.

Commercial Support

  • Support drafting and preparation of commercial agreements addenda and amendments using approved templates.

  • Support SEO and GEO initiatives by analysing search performance competitor activities and digital metrics and recommending improvements to strengthen the companys online visibility and generate business development opportunities.

  • Manage document circulation version control execution workflows and signature tracking.

  • Ensure proper safekeeping of executed contracts both physical and electronic with controlled access and secure storage.

  • Maintain contract data registers and metadata including key terms validity periods and counterparties.

  • Support the preparation of marketing materials and activities when required.

Mandatory requirements

  • A degree preferably in Business Administration/Marketing or any relevant field.

  • Ability to draft review and edit professional documents in both English and Mandarin languages.

  • Knowledgeable in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) / Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) will be an added advantage.

  • Good knowledge of computer software and presentations.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Ability to motivate him/herself and work independently with minimal supervision.
