Job Description

Contact Center Sales - Consumer Banking is responsible for interacting with clients either directly or indirectly in support of sales trading relationship management or portfolio management activities. Specializes in daily operations execution and support of inbound or outbound contact center sales efforts partnering with marketing sales and product managers in the implementation of growth or cross-sell initiatives. The Consumer Banking focus specializes in activities related to providing services and products directly to consumers through a variety of different business channels. Includes Retail Banking Mortgage Banking Credit Cards and related business areas.

Consumer Banking covers activities related to providing services and products directly to consumers through various business channels. This group includes retail banking consumer lending auto finance small business banking and related business areas.
