Technology Consulting SAP Functional Consultant, Manager

The opportunity

Your key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP transformation and implementation projects across modules such as SAP MM FICO SD SuccessFactors PP/QM Basis EWM/WM Ariba and PaPM.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business objectives and translating them into SAP-enabled solutions.
• Manage project scope timelines risks budgets resource planning and overall delivery quality.
• Lead and facilitate client workshops solution design sessions and executive stakeholder discussions.
• Drive solution architecture business process transformation and fit-gap assessments.
• Review and approve functional specifications solution designs test strategies and deployment plans.
• Oversee data migration integration testing and cutover activities to ensure successful implementation.
• Manage issue resolution risk mitigation and escalation processes across project lifecycles.
• Lead user adoption change management training and post-go-live support activities.
• Coach mentor and develop junior team members while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Support business development activities including proposal development solution presentations and pursuit opportunities.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Accounting Finance Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8-12 years of SAP consulting and implementation experience.
• Experience leading at least 3-5 full-cycle SAP implementation or transformation programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing project teams and client stakeholders.
• Proven track record in solution delivery within consulting or professional services to travel for project assignments as required.

Ideally youll also have

• Prior consulting experience with a leading professional services or consulting organization.
• SAP certification in relevant modules.
