Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist process engineer on shift process yield monitoring to achieve yield target.
• Provide technical support on process to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Monitoring reaction plans to improve process yield.
• Work with engineer to support on improvement project on process performance and efficiency.
• To qualify & buy off equipment tools/ fixtures for production used.
• Support on process documentation (eg. visual aid work instruction & etc).
• Support form fit evaluation for BOM material sample from supplier.
• Responsible to buy off & monitor SBR First Article & TLC build.
• Perform & complete task assigned within given time frame.
• Ensure compliance to Safety ESD Cleanroom and Housekeeping guidelines.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Manufacturing Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in semiconductor industry and in mass production environment.
• Candidate with epoxy or soldering knowledge and dispensing machine setup skill will be preferred.
• With good computer literacy good communication skill and reporting of information data.
• Able to work in shift.
