Technical Support Protege Trainee (. R1012710)

at our location in Kuala-Lumpur

You will enjoy having these responsibilities:

• Assist the Technical Engineer for the Project activities.
• Use your knowledge of circuit diagrams and data analytics
• Facilitate workshops and other meetings including documenting agendas minutes and following up where appropriate.
• Interact with the customer side
• Support testing activities.

You have:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Telecommunications / Mechanical Engineering) Postgraduate qualifications are welcome but not essential.
• Networking / Data Communication System knowledge would be preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills and skill of AutoCAD and other software (ex: relevant Engineering Software) which will be the benefit throughout this role.
• Maintaining a high degree of professionalism in the job and in relations with others
• The skills to grasp complex technical concepts quickly including process flows and policies.
• The ability to collate information and produce comprehensive reports.
• An eye for detail and the ability to analyse problems and develop practical solutions.
• The skills to plan and organise workload and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
