Job Responsibilities:

Support sales manager and sales team in Yokogawa Product SBU daily business including below activities:

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals tender submissions and project documentation with strong attention to technical accuracy commercial requirements and project schedules.
• Engage proactively with customers consultants EPC contractors and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and propose suitable product and solution offerings.
• Coordinate proposal activities including technical clarification costing sourcing documentation and submission while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
• Support project execution activities including order handling delivery coordination technical documentation and issue resolution to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
• Work closely with sales teams factories suppliers and project stakeholders to maintain effective communication and strong customer responsiveness throughout project execution.
• Provide technical and application support through technical discussions presentations product demonstrations and site visits with confidence and professionalism.
• Continuously improve proposal quality execution efficiency and customer support through initiative teamwork and problem-solving capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in engineering preferably in Chemical / Electrical & Electronic / Mechanical / IT and its equivalent
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of process field instrument selection and application with experience in related industry would be an added advantage.
• Proficient in verbal and written English and capable of making technical presentations to customers
• Strong communication interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to engage customers professionally.
• Self-motivated proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Must be able to travel occasionally throughout Malaysia with own transport and willing to attend site work whenever required.
