Technical Engineer

Job Overview

Support the Technical Manager in coordinating all technical aspects of the project ensuring design submissions technical documentation and site queries are properly managed for smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare review and maintain technical documentation including work method statements technical queries drawings design calculations and other project-related correspondences.
• Coordinate with the Site Team to identify and resolve technical discrepancies drawing conflicts and construction-related issues to ensure smooth project execution.
• Liaise with Technical Drafters to prepare review and revise shop drawings technical sketches and other construction drawings in accordance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with Subcontractors to ensure timely submission of technical documents shop drawings and other required materials for review and approval.
• Assist the Technical Executive Engineer in carrying out assigned project-related tasks technical coordination documentation and follow-up activities.
• Liaise with the Site Team to collect verify and consolidate as-built data and site information to ensure accurate records of completed construction works.
• Ensure all technical documents and drawings are properly updated maintained and aligned with project specifications approved designs and construction requirements.

Key Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills with proactive attitude.
• Open-minded and motivated to learn.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous working experience in construction industry will be an advantage.
