A Data Centre Facilities Technical Administrator job description includes assisting Snr Operations Manager and Technical Manager in preparing Weekly and Monthly operations reports analyze the trends and providing recommendations for improvements.
Administrative and support:
Maintain asset and inventory records for IT hardware and facility equipment.
Liaise with vendors for service contracts and repairs.
Provide administrative support to technical teams including scheduling and data entry
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in technical field.
3 years of experience in engineering field.
Excellent knowledge in preparing operations reports
Well versed in MS Office softwares.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Proven ability to execute multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Demonstrated flexibility organization and self-motivation.
