Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Quotation officers for Southeast Asia ensuring high performance and engagement.
- Oversee the customer end-to-end quotation process in contributing to sales turnover.
- Monitor team workload and allocate resources effectively to meet the order revenue and turnover of orders.
- Handle incoming customer requests professionally ensuring prompt and thorough resolution of issues.
- Build Level 1 competency in spare parts identification for assigned BUs supported by 2nd-level Technical Advisors and BA/BU (Global/Region) teams during the quotation process.
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices for efficiency and accuracy.
- Handle escalations and resolve complex customer issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop team capabilities through coaching training and performance reviews.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as business needs evolve.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in technical quotation environment; with 3 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Proven experience in managing teams and driving operational excellence.
- Mechanical Electrical & Electronics Mechatronics Engineering or similar education background.
- Basic knowledge machinery and familiar with MRO.
- IT savvy proficient in MS Office with working knowledge of SAP/ CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce SAP (SD Module Stock Purchasing).
