Talent Consultant Headhunter

Luxury Business Solutions (LBS) is a boutique talent consultancy specializing in Talent Search Talent Development Leadership Coaching Customer Experience and Business Transformation.

We partner with leading organizations across luxury retail hospitality lifestyle corporate and service industries to help businesses attract develop and retain exceptional talent.

As our business continues to expand across recruitment training coaching and consulting projects we are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Talent Consultant to join our growing team.

You will be responsible for developing client relationships identifying exceptional talent managing recruitment projects and contributing to the growth of the business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships solving business challenges and making a direct commercial impact.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment assignments
  
• Source assess and shortlist quality candidates
  
• Conduct competency and behavioural interviews
  
• Prepare candidate profiles and recommendations
  
• Coordinate interviews and offer negotiations
  
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  
• Understand clients hiring challenges and talent needs
  
• Conduct client briefing sessions
  
• Present talent solutions and recruitment proposals
  
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and long-term partnerships
  

• Map talent within luxury retail hospitality corporate and service industries
  
• Stay updated on market trends salary benchmarks and talent movements
  
• Provide strategic hiring insights to clients
  

• Contribute towards recruitment revenue targets
  
• Support branding and networking initiatives
  
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
  
• Collaborate with the training and consulting team to identify cross-selling opportunities
  

Within your first 12 months:

Build a strong network of quality candidates and clients

Successfully manage and close recruitment assignments

Develop repeat business from existing clients

Become a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates

Contribute meaningfully to the growth of Luxury Business Solutions

• 38 years of experience in recruitment executive search talent acquisition or staffing consultancy
  
• Experience handling middle management and leadership hiring will be an advantage
  
• Exposure to luxury retail hospitality consumer lifestyle or service industries is highly preferred
  

• Strong relationship-building and networking skills
  
• Commercially driven and results-oriented
  
• Excellent communication and influencing ability
  
• Confident engaging with business leaders and senior stakeholders
  
• Resourceful proactive and self-motivated
