Talent Attraction Manager

About the Role

As part of Nexperias continued growth in Malaysia we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Seremban. In this role you will lead recruitment activities for a wide range of semiconductor manufacturing positions supporting our site growth and ensuring we attract engage and hire top talent across engineering operations technical and support functions.

This position is ideal for a recruitment professional with strong experience hiring for semiconductor manufacturing environments and a passion for building high-performing teams in a fast-paced technology-driven industry.

What You Will Do

• Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer acceptance
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies
• Lead recruitment efforts for semiconductor manufacturing roles including engineering production maintenance quality supply chain and other critical site functions
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing networking referrals and market mapping
• Conduct candidate assessments interviews and screening activities to identify the best talent
• Advise hiring managers on market trends talent availability and recruitment best practices
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Support workforce planning and recruitment projects related to site expansion and business growth
• Manage recruitment data reporting ATS updates and hiring metrics
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes efficiency and hiring quality
• Represent Nexperia at career fairs industry events universities and recruitment campaigns to strengthen our employer brand

What You Will Need

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field
• 8 years of talent acquisition experience preferably within the semiconductor electronics manufacturing high-tech manufacturing or industrial sector
• Proven track record recruiting for high-volume and specialized manufacturing positions
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing talent markets and sourcing strategies
• Experience partnering with stakeholders at different organizational levels from frontline managers to senior leadership
• Solid knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and candidate assessment techniques
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics
• Excellent communication stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proactive solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Fluency in English; additional Asian languages would be an advantage
