Job description
Liaise with department managers to understand hiring needs develop job descriptions (JDs) and plan recruitment strategies.
Monitor and analyze recruitment data such as interview attendance rates and employee retention to improve hiring effectiveness.
Manage and expand recruitment channels including job portals headhunters social media and internal referrals.
Optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
Handle the full recruitment cycle including resume screening interviews background checks and onboarding follow-up.
Build and maintain a talent pool and engage regularly with candidates for key roles.
