The Opportunity
Are you a native Taiwanese Mandarin speaker with strong English skills We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join an international support team in Kuala Lumpur and help customers with clear friendly service.

Key Information

• Schedule: 5 days a week with 2 days off
• Shifts: 9 AM to 10 PM on weekdays 9 AM to 6 PM on weekends
• Compensation: Competitive monthly salary with language allowance included
• Start Dates: 26 November 2026 and 26 December 2026

Your Day-to-Day

• Support customers in Taiwanese Mandarin and English
• Resolve inquiries with a professional helpful approach
• Follow internal processes to keep service quality consistent

Your Profile

• Native-level Taiwanese Mandarin
• Fluent English communication skills
• Basic customer service knowledge
• Bachelors degree (required for employment pass processing)
