Supplier Development Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage suppliers for MEP equipment prefabricated components and engineering services.
• Manage end-to-end procurement and tender processes including RFQ price comparison bidding negotiation and evaluation.
• Conduct supplier qualification due diligence site audits and performance assessments.
• Coordinate purchase orders technical requirements delivery schedules and supplier performance.
• Drive cost optimization quality improvement delivery performance and long-term supplier relationships.
• Maintain procurement and supplier documentation while continuously improving procurement processes and standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering HVAC Mechanical Supply Chain Procurement or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supplier development procurement or tender management.
• Experience in MEP data center or prefabricated/modular construction is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation communication coordination and cost-control skills.
• Fluent in English with the ability to handle business communication and documentation independently.
• Willing to support cross-regional collaboration.
