Supervisor, Quality Control

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Track eNCS issuance by operations and categories
• Manage on-hold/off-hold in accordance to eNCS cases
• Follow up and work with respective QC/QA engineers closely for accurate on-hold & prompt off-hold
• Alert QA in case of any parts already shipped out during on-hold.
• Constant checking on QC Engineers/QC Leaders to ensure accurate and on time triggering to minimize on-hold
• Provide guidance and training to technicians to ensure enough and accurate supporting data to aid process owners troubleshooting during issuance of eNCS.
• Work closely within QC & with QA to review rework data & off-hold assessment efficiently.
• Identify potential escapees correct on-hold time frame as provided/discussed with Process owners.
• Attend Daily Production/Quality meeting Weekly QC/QA improvement meeting & Yield Focus
• Drive or handle specific projects related to QC improvement.

Qualifications :

REQUIRED:

• Bachelors Degree in Sciences or related experience.
• Between 4-7 years of relevant work experience

SKILLS:

• Knowledge of testing and troubleshooting skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and related software applications
• Adaptability to a dynamic working environment
