- To be fully conversant with monthly/ daily sales performance and assist the executive to ensure maximum results for the business is achieved
General Responsibilities
- To be fully conversant with monthly/ daily sales performance and assist the executive to ensure maximum results for the business is achieved
- To work alongside with the Executive in ensuring that standards of customer service and gift items productions are consistently high and that the agreed standards are maintained regularly checked and monitored
- To aid the Executive to ensure all company and cash handling procedures are adhered to at all times and any discrepancies identified are fully investigated with appropriate action taken
- Assist Executive in the development of a positive motivated dynamic team through your effective management and leadership style
- To ensure appearance of team members is according to the company policy
- Assist Executive in the delivery of the marketing & sales strategies with measureable activity on an on-going basis
- To aid Executive in maximize productivity of labor resources
- To be actively involved in the recruitment and selection of your teams ensuring you adhere to the Company recruitment
Functional Skills and Knowledge
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Dynamic self-motivated fast learner excellent interpersonal skills and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Able to work shifts public holidays & weekends.
Good working attitude and pleasant disposition.
Applicant must be Malaysian citizen.
Education
Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma in F&B or relevant qualification.
