Supervisor Logistics (Shipping and Customer Order Planning)

Job Summary
1.1 Perform day-to-day general administration and clerical tasks.
1.2 Close loop to ensure all documentation activity are completed on timely manner.
1.3 To maintain and upkeep documentation with proper filling/archiving.
1.4 Maintain good housekeeping and 7S at work place.
1.5 To cover/backup any team member on day to day tasks during the absence of other team members.
1.6 Support audit or ad-hoc activity upon request.
1.7 Ability to multitask and completing several clerical task at once.
1.8 Liaise with external parties for any external related matters.
1.9 Container planning and coordination with LSP
1.10 Pronovia releasing in SAP system
1.11 Active participation in all Bosch Production System (BPS) Continuous Improvement Project (CIP) activity such as Point CIP Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Value Stream Design (VSD) BPS Assessment A3 Project etc
1.12 Responsible for general administration to ensure smooth and uninterrupted logistics activities.
1.13 Responsible for logistics planning and reporting.
1.14 Act as service provider to internal team on all logistics related matters and coordinating well to ensure that logistics activities meet the expected time line.
1.15 Monitor and evaluates service levels of existing agents through measurable Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
1.16 Analyze logistics related problems and provide solutions to the problem.
1.17 Support other duties ad-hoc or/and special tasks assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Job Scope
2.1 Customer Order Fulfillment.
2.2 Shipping/Container arrangement to maximize plant revenue.
2.3 Interact with cross-functional team within plant and Bosch Customer Planning Team Planners PJM etc.
2.4 Liaise with external parties for all plant shipment Logistics Services Providers Liners etc.

Qualifications :

• At least / Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 year of working experience in related field is required for this position
• Preferably a computer literature Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Words Microsoft Excel
• Possess SAP knowledge will be an added advantages.
• Required Language (s) in both oral and written: English and Malay
