With a strong international presence the company operates advanced manufacturing facilities worldwide and has an established operation in Kulai Johor.

Job Responsibility

1. Reporting to Production Manager.
2. Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of all production equipment and plant facility.
3. Plan for regular preventive maintenance program for key equipment.
4. Propose and make recommendations for better process flow production method etc.
5. Train the production staff on function and operation of equipment.
6. Trouble shooting of faulty machineries to ensure low downtime of all equipment.
7. Make recommendations for spare part purchases and maintain right level of spare parts for key items.
8. Ensure equipment in safe operational condition.
9. Responsible for Commission and set up of all new machinery for the plant.
10. Company reserve the right to add substrate change modify the role as and when the business or organizational needs.

Job Requirement

1. Minimum Diploma in Engineering or science stream background or equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years experience in plant and machinery maintenance.
3. Familiar with plastics injection machine function and mold servicing.

Salary Range: RM8k - RM10k
