Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain enterprise storage infrastructure across production DR and non-production environments.
- Perform storage provisioning capacity management performance tuning replication management and lifecycle planning.
- Lead storage hardware and software upgrades firmware updates migrations and technology refresh initiatives.
- Manage SAN environments storage networking zoning multipathing and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Support business-critical insurance applications requiring high availability and stringent recovery objectives.
- Design and implement storage replication backup integration disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.
- Monitor storage utilization performance metrics trends and proactively address capacity or performance risks.
- Collaborate with infrastructure database virtualization cloud and security teams during projects and operational activities.
- Support regulatory and audit requirements related to data retention protection security and operational resilience.
- Develop and maintain storage architecture documentation SOPs operational runbooks and technical standards.
- Participate in incident management root cause analysis problem management and service improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior infrastructure engineers.
