Sr Product Testing Specialist

Job Summary

This role interfaces with cross functional teams on all phases of product life cycle. This role is responsible for driving yield enhancement reducing test costs and ensuring the overall quality and manufacturability of the devices. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications :

Must Have Qualifications:

A bachelors degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related field.

> 3 years of experience in High Volume Semiconductor Manufacturing environment preferably in Test Product Engineering Test Engineering or Product Engineering

Strong understanding of product knowledge & test methodology of analog/digital/power product failure analysis reliability test RCA.

Proficiency in statistical data analysis tools (JMP Spotfire etc.).

Strong communication skills to interact with people at all levels

Good to Have Qualifications:

Experience with module devices

Experience with Visual Basic/C programming

Experience with ATE tester platforms (Teradyne ETS364/Flex Advantest).
