Sr Manager, Commercial Ops Excellence

As Senior Manager Commercial Operations Excellence you will drive strategies that grow key accounts and deliver meaningful hirer value for SEEK. You will work at the intersection of data strategy and customer experience designing and executing initiatives that improve operational excellence across the business.

Sitting within the Hirer Retention and Customer Success team you will collaborate with regional and local stakeholders to identify opportunities remove blockers and deliver outcomes that matter. You will bring a commercial mindset and a customer-first lens to everything you do helping SEEKs hirers succeed and strengthening our position across the APAC marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and execute business opportunities to grow hirer value and key accounts
• Lead deep-dive data analysis to drive operational efficiency and productivity
• Design size and prioritise strategies that achieve business objectives across teams
• Develop value propositions that influence customer segments to engage with SEEK
• Define OKRs set up governance structures and report on progress against targets
• Spot operational gaps and build solutions to improve execution and efficiency
• Influence and collaborate with regional and local stakeholders to deliver the right outcomes

Qualifications :

• 5 years of relevant experience with a track record in driving business growth ideally in a digital business
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop near and long-term plans
• Proven stakeholder and project management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to form hypotheses and build insight-driven narratives
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Experience delivering outcomes through cross-functional and cross-market teams
