Ansell is looking for a Specialist Billing (Logistcis) to join our team in Cyberjaya!
In this position you will be responsible responsible for the control validation and financial accuracy of logistics-related spend ensuring that freight warehousing and logistics service invoices are accurate compliant and aligned with contractual terms and agreed rates. The role focuses on invoice verification cost control accrual management and variance analysis across transportation warehousing and logistics service providers (3PLs carriers and related vendors). The Billing Specialist works closely with Logistics Operations Finance Procurement and external service providers to ensure financial transparency budget control and timely month-end close activities. This position requires strong analytical skills attention to detail and a solid understanding of logistics cost drivers within a global supply chain environment.

What your role will be
1)Logistics Invoice Control & Validation
Review validate and approve logistics invoices (freight warehousing handling
surcharges).
Ensure invoices comply with contractual agreements agreed rate cards and
services rendered.
Identify billing discrepancies errors duplications and incorrect charges.
Coordinate invoice issue resolution with logistics service providers and internal
teams.

2)Logistics Cost Control & Spend Management
Monitor logistics spent against budget and forecasts.
Analyze cost variances and investigate root causes.
Support identification of cost-saving and rate optimization opportunities.
Ensure proper cost allocation by lane customer product or cost center
as required.

3)Accruals & Month-End Close
Prepare and manage accurate monthly logistics accruals.
Ensure timely submission of accruals aligned with finance calendars.
Reconcile accruals versus actual invoices and manage true-ups.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities with Finance.

4)Financial Reporting & Data Management
Maintain accurate logistics cost data in ERP systems (SAP / equivalent).
Support logistics cost reporting dashboards and KPI tracking.
Provide spend analysis and insights to Logistics and Finance stakeholders.
Ensure high data accuracy and audit-ready documentation.
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
Act as a key finance interface between Logistics Finance Procurement and
suppliers.
Support audits by providing invoice records accrual justifications and cost
documentation.
Ensure clear communication with service providers on billing expectations and
discrepancies.

5)Compliance & Continuous Improvement
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and internal controls.
Support audit requirements and closure of finance-related audit findings.
Drive standardization and improvement of logistics billing and accrual
processes.
Contribute to system and process enhancements related to logistics cost
management.


What will you bring to Ansell
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Supply Chain Management Logistics or related field.
Experience in logistics billing cost control or supply chain finance.
Experience validating invoices from logistics service providers (transportation and/or warehousing).
Hands-on experience with accruals and month-end closing processes.
Exposure to global or regional logistics operations preferred.
