Specialist Accounting

• Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable general ledger and bank reconciliations  
• Support the timely preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements according to IFRS for international entities in the Roland Berger Group. 
• Work closely with our tax and controlling teams. 
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation 
• Actively participate in special projects within the accounting department. 

Qualifications :

• University degree in Accounting Finance or Business Administration with a focus on international accounting or proven practical experience in the area of accounting ideally with (ongoing) further qualifications as a certified accountant. 
• 1-3 years of professional experience in accounting preferably in an international environment. 
• Analytical and conceptual working style strong implementation skills and a pronounced affinity for numbers. 
• Business-fluent English skills. 
• Very good knowledge of MS Office as well as experience with ERP software (ideally SAP).
