Location: Office-based (with nationwide travel)
Reporting to: CEO
Position Overview
We are seeking an elite high-achieving Special Project Officer to work directly alongside our
CEO. This is a fast-paced high-exposure role designed for a top-tier graduate who
is eager to learn the intricacies of the Solar EPC industry and executive management. You
will be at the forefront of business growth accompanying the CEO to high-level client meetings
and assisting in the execution of strategic sales.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support: Provide comprehensive assistance to the CEO managing day to-day business requirements and ensuring seamless coordination of high-priority tasks.
Client Engagement: Accompany the CEO to meetings with key stakeholders and
corporate clients; assist in preparing presentations and follow-up communications.
Business Development: Support the initial stages of the sales cycle including lead
identification market research and client relationship management.
Nationwide Travel: Travel across Malaysia as required to support project site visits
client negotiations and business events.
Communication Bridge: Act as a professional liaison between the CEOs office and
internal/external parties.
Requirements
Academic Excellence: A Fresh Graduate with a CGPA of 3.9 and above
Experience: 01 year of working experience.
Language Proficiency: Must be highly proficient (written and spoken) in English
Mandarin and Malay to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
Mobility: Possession of a valid drivers license own transport and a willingness to travel nationwide
on short notice.
Core Competencies: Exceptional interpersonal skills a proactive "can-do" attitude
and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality
