Solution Assessment Specialist (vSAS) Malaysia

• Position is hybrid (3x per week in office) in Kuala Lumpur
• Must have work authorization in Malaysia (no visa sponsorship)
• English fluency is required

Role Description

The Inviso Solution Assessment Specialist (vSAS) plays a key role in supporting Microsoft Solution Assessment motions by managing assessment pipeline activities coordinating customer and stakeholder engagement and helping drive high-quality execution across Cloud Security and AI Business Solutions.

The Specialist works closely with Microsoft stakeholders Partners Solution Assessment Technical Consultants and regional teams to ensure assessment opportunities are properly qualified scoped tracked and progressed toward successful customer outcomes. This role serves as a critical coordination point across the Solution Assessment lifecycle helping ensure operational excellence effective stakeholder communication and strong pipeline governance.

Experience & Skills Required

• 35 years of experience in program coordination sales operations customer success pre-sales support Partner management technical solution coordination
• Experience working with Microsoft technologies Microsoft partners cloud programs or enterprise technology initiatives is preferred.
• Experience supporting pipeline management operational reporting stakeholder coordination or customer engagement activities.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities while maintaining accuracy follow-through and professional communication.
• Good understanding of Microsofts cloud solution areas including Azure Microsoft 365 Security Copilot and AI-related solutions
• Familiarity with cloud migration modernization security assessment or business value assessment concepts is an advantage.
• Ability to understand assessment workflows and translate requirements into clear actions for stakeholders.
• Strong ability to work with data trackers dashboards and reports to support decision-making and operational visibility.
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools especially Excel PowerPoint Outlook and Teams

Preferred Certifications

• AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
• SC-900: Security Compliance and Identity Fundamentals
• MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
• AI-900: Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals
• PL-900: Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals or equivalent business application knowledge is a plus
