Job Summary
Kardex AutoStore specializes in innovative automated storage and retrieval solutions. Growing fast in APAC and were looking for a Software Implementation Engineer to join our Sydney team. This role blends warehouse automation backend configuration/debugging/development support and customer-facing project work.
Your tasks
What Youll Do
- Configure deploy & implement our Kardex Warehouse Execution Software (WES)
- Debug across databases APIs microservices & middleware
- Analyse logs (Apache log4j) and troubleshoot issues
- Work with automated system such as AutoStore and more customer WMS/ERP integrations
- Train customers & provide Level 3 software support
- Lead on site software integration activities collaborating with commissioning engineers and customer
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to knowledge base documentation.
Tech Stack & Skills
- Databases: MSSQL PostgreSQL MongoDB
- Messaging: RabbitMQ basics
- Backend: Core Java Spring Boot Java Spark
- Debugging: Microservice layers Apache log4j
- Bonus: .NET / C# Python scripting Power BI
- 3 years in software deployment integration or automation systems
