Software Developer Lead

JobResponsibilities:

• Strengthen the technical leadership within the

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and
  drive continuous enhancement of development
  practices and workflows.
• Support technical decision-making and ensure scalable
  maintainable solutions.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful
  delivery of projects with high quality and stability.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional
  Certificate Diploma Advanced/Higher/Graduate
  Diploma Bachelors Degree in Computer Science IT or
  equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software
  development web application development or related
  programming roles.
• Experience in leading a development team providing
  technical guidance reviewing code and coordinating
  development activities is an added advantage.
• Experience in managing software development lifecycle
  (SDLC) from requirement analysis design development
  testing deployment and maintenance.
• Experience in handling project delivery task
  prioritization technical planning and resolving
  development challenges.
• Experience in using AI-assisted development tools toimprove coding efficiency debugging documentationand software development practices is an advantage.
• Strong programming skills in PHP Laravel React React
  Native mobile application development HTML
  JavaScript AJAX CSS and modern web development
  practices.
• Proficient in web and mobile application development
  database design SQL development and optimization
  using MS SQL MySQL and/or PostgreSQL with
  experience in REST API development and system
  integration.
• Familiar with Git software development tools coding
  standards and software engineering best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues perform root
  cause analysis and solve complex technical problems.
• Experience using AI development tools to enhance
  coding productivity software quality and development
  efficiency.
• Strong analytical skills fast learner adaptable to new
  technologies and passionate about software
  engineering.
