Snr Executive Shipping & Receiving

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily inbound and outbound shipments.
• Ensure timely receipt of materials and delivery of finished goods.
• Prepare and verify shipping and customs documentation.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders carriers suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with FIZ Customs and company procedures.
• Monitor inventory transactions and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve shipment receiving and inventory discrepancies.
• Support cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
• Lead and guide shipping and receiving team members.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and service levels.
• Ensure compliance with safety quality and operational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Logistics Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping receiving warehouse or logistics operations.
• Experience in a manufacturing and FIZ environment preferred.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and Customs regulations.
• Familiar with ERP systems such as SAP Oracle or equivalent.
• Strong communication problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
