SMT Process Engineer

The company provides comprehensive electro-acoustic solutions and serves key industries including intelligent automotive systems smartphones smart wearables and smart home technologies.

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out daily maintenance regular overhaul and calibration for core SMT equipment including mounter reflow oven screen printer AOI and SPI; implement Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment faults rapidly reduce downtime and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Manage spare parts inventory develop high-quality suppliers in Southeast Asia to ensure timely supply of spare parts.
• Support production and new product introduction complete equipment commissioning and parameter optimization to meet production requirements.
• Analyze equipment operation data propose and promote equipment upgrading and automation transformation plans.
• Cooperate with quality team to locate equipment-related defects and formulate improvement plans; ensure equipment complies with DOSH safety regulations RoHS and corporate EHS standards.
• Keep complete records of equipment operation maintenance and calibration to ensure data traceability.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above major in Electronic Engineering Mechanical Engineering Automation or Mechatronics.
• 3-5 years of SMT equipment management experience in consumer electronics industry familiar with mainstream equipment brands such as Yamaha Panasonic Fuji and JUKI.
• Malaysian citizen or permanent resident is preferred; working experience in Southeast Asian factories is a plus.
• Master the principle structure and maintenance technology of SMT equipment able to repair all types of equipment faults independently.
• Familiar with full SMT production process practical ability in equipment parameter optimization and process troubleshooting.
• Experienced in spare parts management and cost control.

Salary Range: Up to RM8k
