Job Summary
This is your new job
- Improve equipment KPIs including OEE UPH MTBF MTBA and equipment availability.
- Support equipment installation setup qualification and production ramp-up.
- Perform troubleshooting root cause analysis and preventive maintenance activities.
- Lead equipment improvement projects to enhance productivity yield and quality.
- Collaborate with Production Process Quality and Maintenance teams to resolve technical issues.
This is you
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Electronics Mechanical Mechatronics Manufacturing Engineering or related disciplines.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
MUST Have
Hard Skills
- Equipment troubleshooting and failure analysis.
- Preventive maintenance and reliability improvement experience.
- Strong knowledge of OEE MTBF MTBA UPH and equipment performance management.
- Experience with equipment qualification and production support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently and drive improvements.
