Job Summary
Day to Day
- Design develop and maintain ServiceNow forms catalogs and workflows within ServiceNow
- Configure and customize modules such as:
- Incident Management
- Change Management
- Service Catalog
- Build and manage ServiceNow catalog items record producers and dynamic forms
- Develop and maintain workflows using Flow Designer and scripting
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems especially Ansible Automation Platform for automated provisioning and remediation
- Implement REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations
- Collaborate with DevOps Cloud and Platform teams to automate operational processes
- Troubleshoot issues related to workflows forms and integrations
- Ensure adherence to best practices governance and security standards
- Document technical designs workflows and configurations
