Job Summary

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide technical support to customers in the field.
Provide machine maintenance support includes repair and PM
Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
Train customers on equipment usage and maintenance procedures

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Degree/Diploma in Electronics Mechanical or other relevant Engineering
At least 1-2 years working experience in servicing or maintenance field
With experience in Semicon or Electronics industry will be preferred
Fresh graduate who has passion in field-service line is encouraged to apply the job
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of electrical systems and electronic equipment
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
