Job Overview: The Service Crew is responsible for providing excellent customer service taking orders serving food and beverages and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take orders accurately and handle customer requests
Serve food and drinks promptly according to service standards
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle guest inquiries politely
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area
Follow company service procedures and quality standards
Requirements:
Able to communicate in basic English Mandarin and Malay
Friendly polite and customer-oriented attitude
Willing to work shifts weekends and public holidays
No experience required (training provided)
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Working days: 6 days Working hours: rotational 7.5hours per day
