Machine/Process buy-off and monitoring SPC (Golden Unit/Shear test/Placement measurements).
Carry out/execute Engineering Evaluation/DOE
Reject verification and disposition.
Monitor operator compliance to process procedure.
Buy-off/qualify newly trained operators.
First level failure analysis for VMI/Aligner defects.
Perform task given by his superior Engineer or Manager.
Education & Experience
Diploma in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics Technology/Engineering
Experience in Optical Alignment/Die Attach process is an advantage
