Senior Tech Recruiter (Banking Sector)

Location: Mid Valley
Salary: Up to RM11000

We are partnering with a well-established banking institution to hire an experienced Senior Tech Recruiter to support strategic technology hiring initiatives. This role requires a highly driven recruitment professional who is capable of managing end-to-end hiring processes while partnering closely with stakeholders across the business.

The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in technology recruitment stakeholder management and talent market advisory within a fast-paced corporate environment.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for technology and IT-related positions
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand hiring requirements
Influence and negotiate job scopes and hiring expectations based on market conditions
Develop and execute effective sourcing and talent acquisition strategies
Conduct candidate screening interviews and assessment coordination
Provide market intelligence salary benchmarking and hiring insights to stakeholders
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical technology roles
Ensure timely delivery of recruitment targets and hiring objectives

Minimum 8 years of experience in Tech / IT Recruitment
Strong experience hiring for complex technology and digital roles
Prior exposure to Banking or Financial Services recruitment is an added advantage
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong negotiation advisory and influencing capabilities
Proven ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
